Infiniti Repair in Surrey, BC

Ryan and his team did a great job with my vehicle. They were honest, upfront and tried their best to keep costs of the repair down as much as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

Having a car that is very unique to work on, finding a reliable mechanic is very tough. RG Automotive has the skills, experience and professionalism to get these types of jobs done.

Amazing experience. Knowledgeable and thoughtful crew. They don't look for things to add on. They explain exactly what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and give a realistic esttof bought time and cost. Highly recommended!

The service "B" of my CLA250 was carried out professionally, within the promised time, with comprehensive report of vehicle condition, and at a very reasonable price. I will use their service in future.

Air conditioner not blowing cold air. Able to get an appointment quickly. Problem diagnosed and fixed. Service was excellent. Felt very welcomed as I waited for the car to be fixed. So pleased I booked full service and tire change for the Fall.

Great shop, after going to numerous garages to resolve an engine issue to no avail, RG was able to identify and fix issue successfully. Excellent workmanship from technician, very thorough and they keep you updated on progress. Busy garage so set time to completion expectations accordingly but recommend this shop to anyone seeking services particular for European brands. Steve and Adam are excellent to work with.

I have been getting my vehicle repaired/serviced at RG Automotive for over 2 years. Steve at the front and Ryan (owner) have been very professional and easy to deal with every time. Ryan is very knowledgeable and clearly explains what needs to be done so you have a clear idea of what to expect. I would highly recommend RG Automotive to anyone requiring automotive services.

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had when my 2013 Jaguar XKR broke down on my way to getting it PPF’d in Cloverdale. As the car is very special to me, and my mechanic of 20 years had just retired I was looking for someone who had the knowledge to work with the vehicle. RG came up, I called, Steve knew the vehicle model and assured me they could look after me. Andrew spoke to me, also assured me they knew what to do and Adam then priced it and booked me in. The work was professional, and complete…. 10 Stars not 5! I’ve found a new home for service!

Needed to get my 2020 Mercedes C43 air conditioner diagnosed. The air was only blowing cold on the driver side. Could have been low refrigerant, or the dreaded blend actuator failure. Luckily it wasn’t the latter. They pressure tested, filled it up, and included dye to troubleshoot a leak if the problem persists, and I was on my way. Had me in at 830am and car was ready for pickup before lunch. Even got me an uber transport. Very professional, clean shop, friendly staff, and they use the latest equipment.

RG Automotive took my SUV in on short notice. They thoroughly diagnosed the vehicle and documented everything with photos and videos. The original estimate they provided was very reasonable, and they kept us informed throughout the repair process about any additional work needed and the associated costs. They also provided a courtesy car.

Since picking up my vehicle, it has been running like a dream. My dad and brother are both heavy-duty mechanics, so I can confidently say this is a no-BS shop that provides honest, quality work.

This will definitely be my go to shop for any future work.

This was our first time getting our car services by RG Automotive and we were not disappointed. It was easy to make an online booking and thereafter communication was clear and informative throughout. The cost of the service was reasonable, and we really liked receiving the service report and future work recommendations electronically. We'll be back!

I went to the shop with a concern about my car and Steve took care of me right away. He was thorough, honest, and actually took the time to explain what was going on and walk me through a few different options with no pressure, no upselling. They did a full road test to diagnose the issue and didn’t charge me anything. That kind of integrity is rare in the business. This place has earned my trust and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Today I took my car to RG Automotive. Adam welcomed me very kindly and stayed in communication with me the entire time. They shared a report outlining what needed to be done, including photos and all the necessary information.
As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating to take the car to a mechanic, but the RG team made me feel comfortable at all times. They completed the service properly and resolved the issue.
In summary, if anyone is looking for a mechanic specializing in European vehicles who can accurately and honestly diagnose the problem, RG is the place to go. Thanks for taking care of my car today.

I had a great experience with tire repair service. The team responded quickly and fixed my tire efficiently. The staff was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I took my car to RG Automotive Diagnostics Ltd. And I will continue to take my car there for servicing. They were polite, professional people and they did exactly what I asked them to do. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, quality work, fair pricing, and even an offer to match any competing quote.

Adam and Steve went above and beyond to help us think through a complicated and major repair.

They researched deeply and diagnosed a different problem than 3 other shops. And they were right!

Will certainly be back.

I had an outstanding experience with RG Automotive Diagnostics, specifically working with Steve. I was dealing with an intermittent “coolant temperature too high, keep engine running while stationary” warning on my 2022 Audi Q8 that would come and go.

I first took my vehicle to the dealer, who recommended replacing multiple major components at a cost of around $3,000. It didn’t make much sense, and it felt like they hadn’t truly diagnosed the issue — more of a “replace everything and hope it fixes it” approach. It felt off. It felt rushed.

Steve and the team took a completely different path. They properly diagnosed the issue, identified the actual faulty part, and had it repaired the same day. The fix ended up being a coolant pump solenoid, and the total cost was about $550 all in, including the diagnostics. The car is now running perfectly with no warning lights and everything feels exactly as it should.

What really stood out was the honesty and diagnostic skill. Instead of replacing parts “just in case,” and hoping it captures the fault, they focused on the root cause and fixed exactly what was needed. That level of integrity and expertise is hard to find.

Highly recommend RG Automotive Diagnostics if you want a team that knows what they’re doing and won’t oversell you. I’ll definitely be coming back, but hope I never have to!

Thanks RG for last minute appointment on Friday. Came in for a pre-purchase inspection. Answered all questions thoroughly. Expect to pay a premium for higher level of service.

My name is Jaz. I had serious electrical issues with my car. I called RG automotive diagnostics and spoke to Steve I got good vibes from Steve so I had my car towed there. And within no time they had my problem diagnosed And repaired. I was very happy with the service I received thank you, Steve.

Steve is an amazing person, very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my Toyota Corolla.
No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and quality service.
Highly recommend this shop. Thank you Steve and the team!

This was the first visit with a car i just purchased. Steve and Adam were both very helpful in getting the vehicle in to the shop for baseline maintenance on the very same day I called. Service was thorough and they provided an electronic inspection report with photos!

So happy I took a chance with this excellent company. I will be a repeat customer. Bayview towing was also recommended by them and used. Great customer care and communications.
