The service "B" of my CLA250 was carried out professionally, within the promised time, with comprehensive report of vehicle condition, and at a very reasonable price. I will use their service in future.

Air conditioner not blowing cold air. Able to get an appointment quickly. Problem diagnosed and fixed. Service was excellent. Felt very welcomed as I waited for the car to be fixed. So pleased I booked full service and tire change for the Fall.

Great shop, after going to numerous garages to resolve an engine issue to no avail, RG was able to identify and fix issue successfully. Excellent workmanship from technician, very thorough and they keep you updated on progress. Busy garage so set time to completion expectations accordingly but recommend this shop to anyone seeking services particular for European brands. Steve and Adam are excellent to work with.

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had when my 2013 Jaguar XKR broke down on my way to getting it PPF’d in Cloverdale. As the car is very special to me, and my mechanic of 20 years had just retired I was looking for someone who had the knowledge to work with the vehicle. Needed to get my 2020 Mercedes C43 air conditioner diagnosed. The air was only blowing cold on the driver side. Could have been low refrigerant, or the dreaded blend actuator failure. Luckily it wasn’t the latter. They pressure tested, filled it up, and included dye to troubleshoot a leak if the problem persists, and I was on my way. Had me in at 830am and car was ready for pickup before lunch. Even got me an uber transport. Very professional, clean shop, friendly staff, and they use the latest equipment.

The original estimate they provided was very reasonable, and they kept us informed throughout the repair process about any additional work needed and the associated costs. Subaru Forester/head gaskets/oil pan seals/hoses/cooling system/transmission flush

I had an outstanding experience with RG Automotive Diagnostics, specifically working with Steve. I was dealing with an intermittent “coolant temperature too high, keep engine running while stationary” warning on my 2022 Audi Q8 that would come and go.

I first took my vehicle to the dealer, who recommended replacing multiple major components at a cost of around $3,000. It didn’t make much sense, and it felt like they hadn’t truly diagnosed the issue — more of a “replace everything and hope it fixes it” approach. It felt off. It felt rushed.

Steve and the team took a completely different path. They properly diagnosed the issue, identified the actual faulty part, and had it repaired the same day. The fix ended up being a coolant pump solenoid, and the total cost was about $550 all in, including the diagnostics. The car is now running perfectly with no warning lights and everything feels exactly as it should.

What really stood out was the honesty and diagnostic skill. Instead of replacing parts “just in case,” and hoping it captures the fault, they focused on the root cause and fixed exactly what was needed. That level of integrity and expertise is hard to find.

Highly recommend RG Automotive Diagnostics if you want a team that knows what they’re doing and won’t oversell you. I’ll definitely be coming back, but hope I never have to!
